On May 14, 2025, GAO Liang, Vice President of Beijing Jiaotong University, attended the international seminar on “Professional personnel for logistics and international transport projects” online and delivered a keynote speech titled "Promoting Shared Educational Development Through Cultural Bonds."

GAO Liang highlighted the fruitful achievements in collaborative education programs, technical training, and cultural exchanges between BJTU and Russian universities, having cultivated numerous rail transit professionals proficient in both Chinese and Russian technologies and cultures. He emphasized plans to deepen Sino-Russian cooperation in education and technology, aiming to establish BJTU as "the world’s premier study destination for transportation talents."

Relevant officials from BJTU’s Office of International Affairs and College of International Education also participated in the event.
