A. Application Documents

1. Passport (both old and new), residence permit and Foreign Expert Certificate

2. An Application Letter by the employer

3. Visa or Residence Permit application form with employer’s company seal. A recent 2-inch photo with white or light blue background

4.Relevant verifications:

(1)For residence address change, please provide registration form of residence (original and copy version)

(2)For passport number change, please provide the original one

B. Applicant is obligated to go through procedures by himself/herself. The certification can not be reissued in case of loss.

C. Time for Approval

It takes ten workdays to be processed with all required documents (Saturdays are exempted from workdays)
