On November 4th, the Third Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Summit was held in Bangkok, Thailand.
东盟十国以及中国、日本、韩国、印度、澳大利亚和新西兰等六个亚太自由贸易伙伴在一份领导人联合声明中表示，区域全面经济伙伴关系协定（RCEP）的15个成员国已经结束全部文本谈判及实质上所有市场准入谈判，并将通力合作解决剩余问题，致力于确保明年签署协议。
The 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and its six Asia-Pacific free trade partners -- namely China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, India, Australia and New Zealand -- said in a joint leaders' statement that 15 Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) participating countries have concluded text-based negotiations and essentially all their market access issues. The countries also said that all RCEP participating countries will work together to resolve the remaining issues with an eye on signing a deal next year.
