【背景资料】

根据载人月球探测工程规划，2030年前中国人将实现首次登陆月球，其间两名航天员将驾驶载人月球车开展科考活动，根据当前任务设计，载人月球车将具备载人驾乘、月面移动、定位支持、安全辅助等功能，可为航天员提供移动、通信、探测辅助等保障。

近期，我国载人月球探测工程登月阶段任务已启动实施，总的目标是：2030年前实现中国人首次登陆月球，开展月球科学考察及相关技术试验，突破掌握载人地月往返、月面短期驻留、人机联合探测等关键技术，完成“登、巡、采、研、回”等多重任务，形成独立自主的载人月球探测能力。针对这一目标，中国载人航天工程办公室在前期关键技术攻关和方案论证的基础上，已全面启动部署研制建设工作，包括研制新一代载人运载火箭（长征十号运载火箭）、新一代载人飞船、月面着陆器、登月服等飞行产品，新建发射场相关测试发射设施设备等。
