Word of the Week：the coordinated industrial development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

【背景介绍】

工信部会同国家发展改革委、科技部等有关部门以及京津冀三地政府共同编制《京津冀产业协同发展实施方案》，明确到2025年，京津冀产业协同发展水平显著提升。

China has unveiled a plan for the coordinated industrial development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The plan, jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the local governments of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, said that the region's level of coordinated industrial development will have improved significantly by 2025.

京津冀是我国重要的产业发展高地，面对新形势新任务新要求，推动产业协同发展的任务更迫切。近年来，京津冀产业协同发展取得标志性成果，产业结构持续优化。截至2022年底，京津冀地区累计培育国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业1100多家，占全国比重达到12%。《京津冀产业协同发展实施方案》提出，要扎实推进京津冀产业优化分工布局、协同创新、高端智能绿色化发展、优质企业群体培育、高水平开放合作等，将京津冀打造成为立足区域、服务全国的先进制造业创新发展增长极和产业协同发展示范区。

方案明确，聚焦京津冀产业协同发展，将加快推动包括优化区域产业分工和生产力布局、提升产业基础高级化和产业链现代化水平、增强区域产业创新体系整体效能等八方面重点任务。在优化区域产业分工和生产力布局方面，着力支持京津冀深入实施先进制造业集群发展专项行动，建立集群跨区域协同培育机制，聚焦集成电路、网络安全、生物医药等重点领域，着力打造世界级先进制造业集群。在提升产业基础高级化和产业链现代化水平方面，协同培育新能源汽车和智能网联汽车、生物医药、氢能、工业互联网、高端工业母机、机器人等六条重点产业链。

【重要讲话】

要坚定信心，保持定力，增强抓机遇、应挑战、化危机、育先机的能力，统筹发展和安全，以更加奋发有为的精神状态推进各项工作，推动京津冀协同发展不断迈上新台阶，努力使京津冀成为中国式现代化建设的先行区、示范区。

Efforts should be made to boost confidence and maintain resolve, to improve the capabilities of seizing opportunities, meeting challenges, addressing crises, nurturing decisive opportunities, and to coordinate development and security. Work should be done to promote work in all fields with enthusiasm and diligence, so as to push the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to a higher level and to make the region a pioneer and example in pursuing Chinese modernization.
