【背景资料】
中国国际服务贸易交易会于9月4日-9日在北京开幕，主题为“全球服务，互惠共享”，会议期间将举办190多场论坛及洽谈活动。这是新冠肺炎疫情发生以来我国通过线上线下结合的方式举办的第一场重大国际经贸活动。
The China International Fair for Trade in Services, which opened in Beijing from September 4th to 9th, staged a total of 190 forums and negotiations under the theme of "Global Services, Shared Prosperity". It is the first major international economic and trade event held both online and offline by China since the COVID-19 outbreak.
【知识点】
根据世界贸易组织的界定，服务贸易分为12大领域，包括商业服务、通讯服务、建筑及相关工程服务、金融服务、旅游及旅行相关服务、娱乐文化与体育服务、运输服务、健康与社会服务、教育服务、分销服务、环境服务及其他服务。
中国国际服务贸易交易会的前身是“京交会”，自2012年首届举办以来已8年。作为服务贸易领域的龙头展会，服贸会同广交会、进博会一起成为中国对外开放的三大展会。2020年服贸会是疫情发生以来我国在线下举办的第一场重大国际经贸活动，将向国际社会展示我国疫情防控和经济社会发展取得的显著成效。
新形势下，服务贸易对中国经济和外贸发展至关重要。从国内来看，服务贸易成为我国对外贸易发展的新引擎。我国服务贸易增速高于全球服务贸易和我国货物贸易增速，成为提升综合竞争优势的新抓手和稳增长稳预期的新支点。从全球来看，中国已成为全球服务贸易增长的重要贡献者。
【重要讲话】
中国将坚定不移扩大对外开放，建立健全跨境服务贸易负面清单管理制度，推进服务贸易创新发展试点开放平台建设，继续放宽服务业市场准入，主动扩大优质服务进口。
China will remain steadfast in opening up wider to the world. We will continue to work on a negative list system for managing cross-border services trade. We will develop open platforms for the pilot program of innovative development of the services sector. We will further ease market access for the services sector, and will take greater initiative to increase imports of quality services.

各国要加强服务贸易发展对接，创新合作方式，深化合作领域，积极寻求发展利益最大公约数，不断做大“蛋糕”。
Countries need to forge greater synergy in growing their trade in services, seek new ways and more areas of cooperation, and look for the widest possible converging interests in development so as to make the "pie" bigger and bigger.
